service can be adapted to incorporate a small group of
friends or colleagues training together, normally the
training is conducted on a "one-to-one" basis.

toning and sports specific fitness.
Extrafit is also flexible with the location of your
training and health assessments. With a large range of
portable equipment, the trainers are mobile to allow you
