programs are formatted to recommend both suitable cardiovascular exercise
and total body strength and toning exercises. The laminated program includes
full colour pictures of each exercise. |

session to kick-start your program. Includes the suitable level program

Do you
have specific goals? If you are motivated to succeed, this program design
package is available as an ongoing service or a one off. The package includes:
- Initial consultation to assess goals and fitness level (1hr)
- Design
& production of individual program
- Training/demonstration session (1hr)
Follow up sessions are recommended monthly to reassess and redesign program.
This will also include a motivational workout. |
