Example session for 55 year old, beginning an exercise program.

Warm-up - easy walk……..................................... 5 mins
Stretch………………....…..................................... 10 mins
Brisk walk, possibly hilly, with heart rate monitor…. 15 mins
Light resistance circuit, working  all major  muscle groups, with basic core stability and fitball  work..... 20 mins
Cool-down and stretch…....................................... 10 mins
