As a health and fitness company and as personal trainers, we are all about you – your needs, your goals and your challenges. So, we pride ourselves on:
Taking a professional, intelligent approach to your health and fitness goals: personal means personal – what we do will be tailored to you. We work out with you what you want to achieve, by when, and we put together a programme that quite simply will get you there.- Making our sessions enjoyable and our role supportive: you need to put in the effort, but you also need to enjoy what you’re doing. We make sure of both, whilst ensuring that you always feel we understand your challenges and are working with you to maximise your progress
- Using the latest training techniques and a holistic approach: every Extrafit session combines an appreciation of your goals and current fitness levels, a combination of the latest and best-suited techniques and exercises to move you forward, and ongoing advice about your activity in between our sessions.
Formed in 2002, Extrafit is now a well-established company in south Hampshire.
